Hotel Sierra Silvana is working every day on rules and protocols that not only satisfy the guidelines for hygiene and cleanliness, but that also guarantee the highest standards of safety for our guests and staff and the quality of your experience at our hotel. All common areas will be sanitised through germicide nebulisation using state-of-the-art machinery.
Here is what you will also find upon your arrival:
Rooms: We will sanitise the rooms at every check-in and allow the continuous sanitisation of the air through portable equipment that involves the use of hydrogen peroxide (germicide nebulisation).
Air conditioning: The ventilation and air conditioning systems in the rooms will be sanitised at every check-in.
Dispensers: Disinfectant gel dispensers will be available to guests and collaborators in every area of the Hotel.
Safety devices: Safety kits such as masks, gloves, disinfectants and germicides for cleaning surfaces will be available to all guests and contact personnel.
Security Manager: We have appointed a person responsible for constantly monitoring that the procedures ensuring the safety of guests and staff are applied. The staff will enter the hotel from a dedicated and controlled entrance with a thermal scanner for measuring temperature. Training: All of our staff has been trained according to WHO (World Health Organization) directives so that they can safely perform their assigned tasks.
We will guarantee that the distances are respected in:
Private spaces: The hotel already enjoys a privileged situation, with large spaces for the garden and the rooms, which have always guaranteed guests the utmost privacy and ease in keeping a distance. We will maintain this specificity and wherever possible we will implement it further.
Common spaces: The rooms will be constantly sanitised and we will guarantee social distancing.
Restaurants: We will guarantee the spacing between tables in our restaurants with outdoor areas and in the sea view restaurant; we will also implement mandatory booking to ensure compliance with the maximum number of people entering.
Swimming pool: Our swimming pool will be constantly supervised and sanitised, in order to comply with the regulations regarding maximum capacity and thus facilitate distancing.
Gym: All equipment will be sanitised before and after use and the minimum safety distance will be guaranteed.
Activities: Activities such as pilates, yoga, archery, walks to discover the area and entertainment for children will be guaranteed, always with the utmost attention and respect for hygiene rules.
Beach: Sunbeds and beach umbrellas will be placed at a safe distance for guests to enjoy the sun and the sea in peace.
